Required Departmental Experience

• Provide leadership for technical and business resources for ownership of Common Services including planning, delivery and support
• Delivering alignment of the SOA roadmap with the business capability roadmap
• Ensuring governance of web-services technology and the use of web-services across all of IT
• Defining and implementing SOA technology roadmap
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Collaboration and coordination of resources across IT areas and business areas
• Develop a Services Catalog that aligns with the integrated roadmap and enables the target-state architecture
• Govern the development and use of the services closely to promote re-use in new delivery

These processes are associated with production operations, service desk, desktop computing, and systems maintenance; within a multi-vendor, multi-sourced technical computing environment.

Responsibilities include strategic infrastructure planning, technical project management, and hands-on engagement with a variety of technology, business process improvement/innovation, vendor management, and executive communications.
